TAROTS OF THE MOON drawn by Laura Verzellesi text by Morena Poltronieri - Ernesto Fazioli
The eternal dualism and the great debate of the elements unleash themselves in the new Tarots of the Moon. There are twenty-two cards just like the number twenty-two represents existence in its diversity, in history, in space and in time. The cards rotate upon themselves and reduplicate: there is no longer a division between good and evil, reality exchanges high and low, the devil and the angel. The world of simbols occupies this space and plays the match in which the foils of the tarots, that are the life of these symbols, became the sybilline huff that move the notes of life, the invisible door which must be surpassed. Each card presents its double and like magic they become forty-four mysterious secrets.
THE LOVER
The Lover is a card that represents psychological growth and the taking on of responsabilities from which derives the necessity of making choices or impellent decisions. It represents the crossroads of life, love, falling in love.
Turned upside down the card reprents lack of power in making choices, even decisions with reference to love. Indecision brings to disheartedness and unhappines.
The other side of the lover
THE YOUNG GIRL
The Young Girl is submitted to the will of others. She has a static nature and generates problems that can become chronic. Continuously making mistakes in life brings to sentimental torment.
The Young Girl turned upside down indicates a period of transition in which the person tries to accumulate energy for a new start in life. By establishing a good sexual and sentimental relationship one is able to find a stable sentimental equilibrium.
STRENGTH
Strenght brings to personal accomplishment and the realization of ones aims. The rationalization of events gives the ability of using to ones advantages even the most difficult experiences. Psychic, spiritual and physical strenght.
Upside down it represents the inability to listen to both ones instincts and ones mind. This indicates a lack of strenght with the tendency of repeating the same mistakes for fear of ruining the patterns of life.
The other side of the strength
THE COMPUTER
The cold computer is a symptom of lack of ideals and submission to the will of other. This creates discomfort that can bring to illness. Sense of insuccess and loss.
Upside down it represents the possibility of personal elevation. It expresses the necessity of giving up something in order to grow and find ones own center. One acquires stability and self-control. Positions of prestige to be re-evaluated.
